The pilots of Hageland Aviation Services, Inc. sued both Hageland Aviation and (later) three officer/shareholders for unpaid overtime compensation under the Alaska Wage and Hour Act. The parties have now settled the litigation for $1,600,000, comprising $900,000 in damages, interest, and liquidated damages for the class, and $700,000 in fees for class counsel.
