The applicants are Joel Bolger, Susan Carney, Ken Diemer, James Fayette, Patrick Gullufsen, Kevin McCoy, Douglas Moody, Colleen Moore, Wayne Anthony Ross, Jack Smith, Rick Svobodny, Timothy Terrell, and Mark Wood.
