The ex-employee plaintiff in this Section 1983/Whistleblower/FMLA case has accepted Ilisagvik College’s Offer of Judgment, resulting in $9,687.56 in damages, costs to be taxed, and $100,000.00 in attorney fees.
The Rule 68 acceptance came only days after U. S. District Judge Burgess denied plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration of his March 28, 2008, Order, discussed earlier on AEL
Linda Johnson of Clapp Peterson represents plaintiff. Cynthia Ducey represents the College defendant.
