Holland on the Rule of Mandate: A 9th Circuit panel that included Alaska District Judge Russel Holland has held that a District Court judge violated the “Rule of Mandate.” Alberni v. Del Papa, 2008 WL _______ (9th Cir. Dec. 22, 2008)(unpub.)
Singleton on Sherman Act claims: Another panel that included Alaska District Judge James Singleton has affirmed a District Court holding of failure to state a claim for monopolization and attempted monopolization under § 2 of the Sherman Act.
