The Alaska Supreme Court has reversed Fairbanks Superior Court Judge Doug Blankenship’s denial of Rule 68 fees to a co-defendant. In the unpublished opinion, the Court awarded fees for some work performed by an attorney who represented both the Rule 68 offeror and a non-prevailing co-defendant. Dieringer v.
