New Fairbanks Lay Member for Alaska Judicial Council

Governor Sarah Palin has nominated Kathleen Tompkins Miller of Fairbanks to succeed Bill Gordon as a lay representative on the Alaska Judicial Council. The Senate and House Judiciary Committees have recommended her confirmation, which comes before the full Legislature on Thursday. Palin earlier appointed Miller’s husband, Fairbanks attorney Joe Miller, to the Board of Marine Pilots.
