The 9th Circuit this morning held that the Due Process clause of the 14th Amendment incorporates the 2nd Amendment right to bear arms, but also held that a local ordinance did not unreasonably limit the citizens’ 2nd Amendment rights. Here, the county barred guns on county-owned premises.
