Westlaw has a database for selected state trial court opinions. TRIALORDERS-ALL covers all states. XX-TRIALORDERS covers an individual state. The database for Alaska trial court opinions is AK-TRIALORDERS.
AK-TRIALORDERS currently contains 947 opinions, from October 1972 through July 2008.
AK-TRIALORDERS isn’t part of AK-CS. Westlaw presumably adds on a subscription fee (or a fee for each individual opinion that you access). But there’s currently a free 30-day trial subscription (so long as you don’t exceed 30 hours).
