AG’s opinion on parental consent and notification: AAG Sarah Felix’s July 2nd opinion on the proposed initiative on parental consent for abortions is published at 2009 WL 1947744.
“Law school scam”: A former ALSC attorney who claimed “undue hardship” to avoid liability for student loans lost before the 8th Circuit (his “record of work experience is besmirched by a patent lack of ambition, cooperation and commitment”) and figures in a (sometimes vulgar) blog devoted to “exposing the law school scam.” The opinion is Educational Credit Management Corp. v. Jesperson, 2009 WL 1940713 (8th Cir. July 8, 2009).
