The June 2009 volume of the Alaska Law Review is now available on-line. It includes James Fayette’s survey of Alaska criminal discovery.
Also on-line is the 2008 Year-in-Review of cases from the Alaska Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and Alaska law-related cases from the U. S. Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit. The review of employment cases occurs at pages 65-71.
