9th Cir: Co-Worker Evaluations, and Same-Actor Inference
At the request of the EEOC, the 9th Circuit has published an earlier memorandum decision that addresses several important issues in Title VII jurisprudence. The panel reversed summary judgment for the employer, which was defending charges that it discriminated against several women in RIFs.
