Other Alaskan blawgs seem sleepy these days. An exception is Atkinson Conway’s blog, where Jerome Juday writes with some passion on Roeland v. Trucano, 214 P.3d 343 (Alaska 2009), in which the Supreme Court reviewed rights of first refusal, and, per Juday, made some bad law in the process.
