The February 2nd meeting of the Employment Law Section of the Alaska Bar Ass’n will feature Asst. Attorney General Dan Cadra and Workers’ Comp Law Section Chair Joe Kalamarides. They will discuss Kelly v. Dept. of Corrections, 218 P.3d 291 (Alaska 2009), and what it means for work-related mental injuries.
