This 9th Circuit, this Thursday morning, held that federal courts have subject matter jurisdiction over claims brought solely to recover attorney’s fees incurred in Title VII administrative proceedings. Porter v. Winter, 2010 WL ________ (9th Cir. May 6, 2010).
