U S District Judge Timothy Burgess has dismissed an acquitted arson defendant’s Section 1983 claim against a Homer police Sergeant. The Section 1983 claimant accused the officer of testifying falsely in his search warrant applications and his grand jury testimony, and of malicious prosecution.
