Alaska Supreme Court: Non-Compete Covenants Ancillary to Business Sales
The Alaska Supreme Court this morning construed a non-compete covenant ancillary to a sale-of-business agreement. The Court (per Justice Fabe) reversed the Superior Court (Hon.
