USSCt: Upholds State Law that Sanctions Employers for Hiring Illegal Aliens
In a case closely watched by businesses, state and local chambers of commerce, and immigration policymakers, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld an Arizona law that imposed sanctions for employing unauthorized aliens. The case is Chamber of Commerce v. Whiting.
