DAlaska: “Boy” as Racially Hostile Term
In mid-September, U S District Judge Russel Holland rejected an employer’s argument that a hostile work environment was was time-barred. The employer - Matanuska Electrical Association - then moved for reconsideration. Holland has now denied the motion.
